Printed to private order issue.Envelope. Bavaria. 1890/95. 3 pfennig. Stamped stationery bearing stamps of post office issue design applied with postal administration approval and with specified regulations, to paper or card provided by private persons or organizations. Imprinted stamps may be of a wider range of denominations and hence designs to those found on post office issues |
